Service Description

At the Follow-up visits I obtain new information and reassess how previous interventions have worked for you. Specifically, we reassess health goals, follow up on recommendations from previous consultations, and modify or add goals. We also review many meals uploaded into the healthie app and diet history and discuss appropriate changes to provide help with meal planning, food ideas, and/or shopping tips. Visits are pro-rated, additional time needed for virtual visits is $15 per 15 minutes.
