This consult will be as personalized as if you were meeting in a face-to-face office session. You can schedule online a time that's convenient to you for your one-on-one video or phone consultation from the convenience of your home or office, or you can schedule your appointment through the healthie app. During the first consultation, we estimate your energy needs calculated specifically to your lifestyle and habits for eating and exercise, and give you a basic guide for what you might modify in your lifestyle to get closer to your goals. Visits are pro-rated, additional time needed for virtual visits is $15 per 15 minutes.
